Where do you deliver?

We deliver via DX next day parcels across mainland UK, you are able to select a date for delivery when placing your order via our website. Between Tuesday to Friday, delivery is charged at £5 and for a Saturday delivery £8, this can be selected at the checkout basket.

We also deliver personally too some local destinations within 5 miles - please enquire direct via our live chat for any questions.

 Can any your grazeboards be gluten free?

We have various gluten free options available, you can choose a gluten free option from a drop down menu where applicable. Any other queries please email info@moorlandsgraze.co.uk or use our live web chat.

How many people does a grazeboard serve?

Our grazeboards serve two people for a main meal or four people for grazing with drinks.

What time will my order arrive?

DX will deliver your order anytime up to 8pm on the date of chosen delivery. If you need the board for a specific time we always advised to order for the day prior and hold overnight refrigerated.

What will happen to my order if I am not home?

Your order will be left in a safe place ready for your return.

Do you deliver on a Saturday or Sunday?

We can deliver on a Saturday however we do not offer delivery on a Sunday, we also require 48 hours notice of any delivery date. 

Do you deliver on a Bank Holiday?

Sadly we do not offer a delivery service on Bank Holidays

Can specific dates be selected for Christmas deliveries?

During the busiest part of the festive season 19th December - 2nd January, specific dates can be requested, but cannot be guaranteed. We will advise when your order has been dispatched confirming receipt will be the following day.  

Between which times do we deliver?

Delivery is during working hours (8.30-6pm) Monday to Saturday.

We can track parcels by inputting your tracking number into the DX website, the link is shown below. You may get live updates on the day of your delivery if it is available in that area. If you think your recipient will be out at work during these times, why not ask us to deliver the gift to their work address?

How are the grazeboards kept cool during delivery?

Our packaging is designed so that your order is kept below 8 degrees for the duration of the postal delivery journey, we advise the grazeboard is kept refrigerated on its arrival to you.

How will the grazeboard look on delivery?

Please see our “what to expect” page, where you can see the outside and internals of our delivery packaging and grazeboards. 

Is your packaging recyclable or reusable?

Yes, all the components of our packaging are either recyclable or reusable.

Can we add a message to our order?

Yes, please use the additional comments section of our order page to add a brief message for your recipient. Examples would be “Happy Birthday, Love James, Sue and Ella xx”

I dislike a component or your grazeboard, can I remove this item?

Yes, please advise in the comments section of any dislike and we will gladly remove, for example “Please remove olives”.

Where do I indicate any allergies I have?

Our allergens are listed on each product for your convenience, if you have an allergen and wish a product to be removed please leave a comment in the comments box. 

What to do if I am not happy with my order?

Please contact use immediately, we will endeavour to help get everything in order for you.

Do you create bespoke Grazeboards?

We can certainly try and help our customers with any requirements you may have, please get in touch directly via email or facebook to discuss your requirements further.

What if I want to order more than one grazeboard?

We can accommodate more than one grazeboard for delivery, you will only pay one postage fee per order. 

If I give you my personal details will you hassle me or pass on my details?

In accordance with GDPR, we do not telephone private customers unless we need information regarding your order.

As part of our check out process you will either select to check out as a guest or register your details with ourselves. If customers select to register then we will communicate with you with any relevant offers or new product information. 

We do not pass on any personal details to a third party. Your card details are not held on our database.

Can we pay by any other method than a credit card?

Yes, you can pay by debit card, credit card or bank transfer, please contact us using our email address if you wish to make a bank transfer.
